Buy, Refresh, or Keep the Eggs?
- Buy when the item advances an upgrade you are working toward and its quantity and price justify the spend. Compare exclusive-equipment fragments, Orange Hero Fragments, and Badges against your current bottleneck.
- Refresh when the current stock has nothing worth buying and the next refresh still leaves enough eggs for a useful purchase.
- Keep the eggs when neither the stock nor another paid refresh helps your plan. A discount alone does not make an unwanted item useful.
For example, if a refresh would leave you unable to afford your target item at its displayed price, that refresh works against your purchase plan. Do not spend the entire budget looking for a perfect board.
When to Buy Fossils
Before buying a fossil, open the Fossil Album and check whether it fills a missing entry or advances the next reward milestone. Compare that reward with the direct upgrade material you would give up to buy it.
Fossils also come from Ancient Dinos. The album contains 20 fossil items: one overview and ten detail pages showing two items each. Plan around point rewards at 30, 50, 100, 180, 240, and 300 points. Different fossil qualities contribute different points; high-quality fossils come from Ancient Dinos, while regular fossils appear randomly in the shop.
Use the album's Exchange button to trade surplus fossils for Ancient Dino Eggs. Check the offered return for that fossil rather than assuming one exchange rate applies to every item.
